This class blends high-intensity indoor cycling intervals with targeted weight training for a full-body challenge that keeps your heart rate up and your muscles engaged.
Ride & Core
This class begins with an invigorating indoor cycling session designed to improve endurance, burn calories, and strengthen the legs. After the ride, we move to the mat for focused core work to target the abdominals, obliques, lower back, and glutes.
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic and energizing style of yoga that links breath with movement. This class guides you through a creative sequence of poses that build strength, flexibility, and balance. Open to all levels, with modifications offered for beginners and challenges for more experienced practitioners.

Ashley Madden
Director of Operations & Instructor
Ashley is a certified personal trainer through ISSA with 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. She holds additional certifications in TRX, Spin, Pilates, and Personal Training. Ashley also serves as the Director of Operations for both SeaFit and The Wellness Reef. A dedicated mother of four, she lives in Ocean View.
Kiki Schiller
Pilates Instructor
Kiki is a Pilates teacher and doula devoted to supporting mothers and families through movement, education, and advocacy. With roots in Philadelphia and a lifelong athletic background, she grew up playing multiple sports in a family that valued strength, grit, and community. After navigating multiple injuries and the transformative experience of motherhood, Kiki was called to shift her lifelong relationship with movement into a career centered on healing, strength, and mindfulness. Her teaching blends mat Pilates with powerful strength-building methods, creating classes that challenge you, build resilience, and leave you feeling confident and capable in everyday life!

Sara Clark is a certified instructor in SUP Paddle Fit, TRX & Pilates, bringing energy & a love for movement to every class. A proud mother of two girls and life-long Ocean City resident, Sara is passionate about helping others build strength, balance, and confidence- both in and out of the gym.
Lily Powell
Yoga Instructor
Lily is a local to the area. Passionate about traveling, scuba, diving, the outdoors and family. Lily came to yoga seeking stress relief, but what she found was so much more. Yoga taught Lily to connect with body and breath, and to approach life with more mindfulness. Lily completed a 200-hour training with True Light Yoga and is passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga with others. In Lily's classes, you can expect a welcoming space, clear instruction, and a focus on linking breath with movement.

Massage Therapist
Jen Domsic brings 16 years of experience and a well-rounded fitness and wellness background to every class and treatment. Her diverse expertise includes TRX, PiYo, Dance Fitness, and Group Fitness, along with certifications as a Personal Trainer and Licensed Massage Therapist. Known for her knowledge, empathy, and passion for intentional movement, Jen creates a safe and supportive environment that nurtures strength, balance, healing, and overall well-being. She is a local Marmora resident and a proud wife and mother of two.
